“The charisma of a company brand – Employer branding and the ‘Mein Heimathafen’ airport brand”. This is the exciting motto of an event hosted by the German Association for Small and Medium-sized Businesses (BVMW) on April 27th at Paderborn-Lippstadt Airport. One of the key speakers is TMC Managing Director Mirco Welsing, who will speak on “Intrinsic value: building a company brand”. A company brand stands not just for the quality of the products or services, but also for the intrinsic value of the company and its employees.

Employer branding is also a strategic company measure for presenting a company as an attractive employer overall and positioning it positively vis-à-vis competitors.

Both of these topics are focal points of the event and will be supported by successful examples from practice – including the “Mein Heimathafen” campaign developed by TMC GmbH for Paderborn-Lippstadt Airport.
