Participants in an internally advertised incentive program for comprehensive data center solutions
TMC breathed new life into the annual incentive action for top customers and partners and attracted more attention to it by inviting participants via e-mail and keeping them up to date on developments; the campaign was accompanied by a website and a video teaser. For the award, a one-week trip to Tokyo titled “Trip of a Lifetime,” TMC developed and executed the entire event concept including selection of locations and activities, winner mailing, survival package with Japanese giveaways, participant management, bookings and local support. After the trip, each participant received an annotated photo album as a souvenir.
