They’ve learned integrated and cross-media marketing from scratch as project managers, concept designers, controllers, key account managers, or simply as creative and often bold personalities. Always exploring completely uncharted territory, knowing which buttons to press with a client and being able to read between the lines, keeping a trained eye on the market and the competition to develop long-range strategic proposals for and with clients – these are the challenging and exciting tasks that our consultants take on with empathy, guts and creativity. Concept design and copywriting
Well-grounded, strategically integrated marketing concepts and the marketing activities that stem from them are the result of painstaking research and data analysis, and of creative ideas. Our concept designers package all of that into cross-media marketing concepts, creating a basic framework and guideline for focused marketing activities. Everything that has to do with creative writing ends up on the desks of our copywriters and concept designers. Their job isn’t to write warm words of praise; they write pithy, concise text tailored to the target group and in the tone called for by the client.
(Online) marketing manager
Our marketing managers are project managers for both digital and classical projects. They coordinate and work actively in projects, have direct contact with clients, and are responsible for all project-related communication and for the financial organization of each project, such as estimates and invoicing. Live marketing manager
Our event managers are talented organizers and research experts. They research and organize everything to make an event an outstanding success, and of course they’re always on the spot during those events. Preparation rarely takes place at the venue; it’s desk work. But with the wealth of events, you have to be willing to travel. And a gift for keeping a tab on all the details is a basic requirement for this job. Vocational training as an event management assistant is often the foundation for an exciting career as a live marketing manager.
They’re a lot more than pixel players. Our graphics designers develop, design and lay out everything for online and print. Depending on the client’s wishes, they have creative freedom or work according to corporate design specifications. With passion and lots of creativity. With design and typography expertise. The results of their long and productive work are awesome and imposing. A job that calls for creativity, concentration and an in-depth background in graphic arts.
QM & Controller
Even in a creative agency nothing runs without the suitable figures as the budget of the customer must be kept in mind as well as the profitability of our projects. Our controllers are the hub of all these tasks, they have the overview throughout the entire project chain. And our quality managers are responsible for securing the quality of our services and processes. In this case the dual control principle applies:
Before a project goes through customers hands, irrespective of whether it is a print, live, consulting or online project, it lands on the quality managers desk who check with argus eyes and the necessary distance.
We train people. In keeping with our social responsibility and in view of the shortage of skilled professionals in Germany, we have been providing training for marketing communications specialists, event management assistants and digital and print media designers for many years.
